e-mail Description: We meet to pray, study the Scriptures, to share and have fellowship. We have mass occasionally and dinners and celebrations for special occasions. We have retreats and field trips once or twice a year.

e-mail Description: Couple for Christ (CFC) is a movement intended for the renewal and strengthening of Christian family life. It is an association of Christian couples who have committed themselves to the Lord and to another, so that they may grow into maturity as men and women of God and fulfill their primary vocation of raising up their families under the lordship of Jesus Christ and for the service of the Kingdom of God. Couples for Christ is a work of Christ which raises up Christian couples and establishes Christian families committed to the work of evangelization and winning the world for Christ through the power of the Holy Spirit. It grows mainly through the establishment of localized units in different parishes.
Meetings: Our Christian Life program meets every Friday, 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., from June to August every year. The Christian Life Program (CLP) is an integrated course leading into a renewed understanding of God's call to us as Christian couples. It is divided into three modules of four sessions each. Each session consists of a talk, group discussion, and some time for fellowship.

e-mail Description: Join us as we uncover the relationship between God and people – and that means between God and
us. The guidebooks from Little Rock Scripture Study help us to look more deeply into the life-giving Word of God, and our group discussions reveal our different ways of relating that Word to our lives. We open with prayer and close with refreshments. Cost is minimal: about $12 for books, several times a year.
Meetings: Every Wednesday, 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., from October to June, in the Annex
Grupo Guadalupano Contact: Martha Tapia (310) 429-5722
Description: The main purpose of The Grupo Guadalupano is to honor Our Lady of Guadalupano as the Mother of God and the "Empress of the Americas". To do this the group has taken charge of her feast day celebration (December 12), keeping alive the traditions and faith of our fathers. During the year, the Group holds a monthly sale of "pandulce" (sweetbread). The proceeds help pay for the celebration and for two $500 scholarships given to Senior students of Latin descent from Leuzinger, North, or Lawndale high schools. In Spring a dance is held as a fundraiser. In Summer a picnic is held for the sole purpose of making community.
Meetings: The Group meets the second Sunday of the month, 11:00 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.

Meetings: The Senior Club meets each Thursday from 10:00 a.m. Please bring your own lunch. We have a Senior citizens' mass and luncheon on the third Thursday each month, mass is at 10:30 a.m. and the luncheon follows at 11:30 a.m. ($3.00 donation).
Our Senior retreat is every first Thursday of the last month of each quarter (for example: March, June, September, and December), from 9:30 a.m. to noon ($5.00 donation).
Volunteer Opportunities Are Available! What Is Needed: Setting tables; cleaning up tables; washing dishes; washing pots and pans; general kitchen duties.
Training: On the job training.
Commitment: Once a month for four to six hours.
