The Confirmation process provides an opportunity for reflecting on and growing in faith, holiness, and Christian charity. This is a time for the candidate to make a commitment to grow closer to Christ through prayer and service and to enter into the fullness of the Catholic faith.
The Confirmation process usually takes two years beginning in the fall of the candidate's high school freshman year and ending in the spring of their sophomore year. However, any high school teen is welcome to attend. In order to receive this sacrament and be fully initiated into the Church, a teen should have already received the Sacraments of Baptism and First Holy Communion. For more information contact the Confirmation Coordinator.

QUINCEAÑERAS
A quinceañera is a girl's fifteenth birthday party. The term is also used to refer to the girl who is celebrating her fifteenth birthday. It is a combination of the Spanish words quince "fifteen" and años "years". In Mexico and other countries in Latin America, it is customary to celebrate a girl's fifteenth birthday party with a beautiful Mass of Thanksgiving. It is NOT a Sacrament, but a special blessing.
